About Boot Camp

If your kids enjoy variety in their activities, Boot Camp is for them! Our kid’s boot camp classes are set up as a circuit, with different stations focusing on different activities. In one class, you might go from building strength with battle ropes to balancing on a bosu ball. Classes and stations vary depending on the kids’ ages, but at all boot camp classes you can always expect fast, fun fitness!

Sweat it out with mates

Boot camp is high-paced, intense and immensely rewarding! Sweat it out with a class of your friends, and enjoy challenging yourself or each other. With different stations and exercises, you can exercise at a level that’s right for you. Push your limits, but feel safe and supported as you do! Enjoy that sense of community and friendship as you workout!
