About our Boxing classes
Boxing for fitness is a great way to build confidence, improve fitness and expel energy. If you have an active child aged 5 and over, this class will be great for them! Our boxing classes are tailored to different ages and focus on improving cardio, speed and agility, rather than on boxing in a ring.
