About our Boxing classes

Boxing for fitness is a great way to build confidence, improve fitness and expel energy. If you have an active child aged 5 and over, this class will be great for them! Our boxing classes are tailored to different ages and focus on improving cardio, speed and agility, rather than on boxing in a ring.

Our boxing classes are also a great way to improve confidence and resilience in kids. No need to bring your own gloves, just come along for a round of boxing fun!
