About Fit-Fast-Strong
Developing healthy, strong kids is the focus of this class, with CrossFit inspired workouts to improve their movement mechanics and fitness levels. No matter what your child is interested in, knowing the safe way to jump, lift, throw and play will set a great foundation for living a healthy, fit life.

Fit-Fast-Strong classes are created to inspire a love of fitness in kids. The classes are designed for older kids and teens and their specific development needs, with an emphasis on encouraging good movement.
