About our Metafit classes

Our Metafit classes are high-intensive 30 minute group workouts where the teens don’t stop and neither does the fun!

Children naturally do high-intensity bursts of activity when they are out in the playground or playing with friends – they run, they jump, rest, repeat! As such, we find that our Metafit classes are a huge hit with older kids and teens – it’s fun, fast, and familiar.
