About our POUND® classes
POUND® isn’t just a great workout geared towards kids and teenagers, but a MOVEMENT that aims to change the concept of health and fitness for today’s youth. Get ready to make fitness about self-expression, empowerment, self-love and importantly, fun!
Do you have a tween at home wishing they could play the drums or perhaps a teenager who’s feeling like they need to burn off some steam — our POUND® classes are for them! If you have a younger child, perhaps a preppie with a love of music, try our Generation POUND® classes (they follow the same format but are tailored to kids aged 6-12).
Move, Rock, Make Noise
POUND® fitness classes are exactly as they sound — loud, active, and fun! Kids of all ages can get ready to pound it out to pumping music as they work on completing a choreographed drumming style workout. This youth-oriented fitness program fuses movement and music to improve focus, coordination, fitness and teamwork. With POUND® you learn new ways to explore movement, be creative, and rock out — all great ways to build strength for mind+body!
