Yoga classes for kids, teens & adults

At Hubfit Active we offer a range of yoga classes for all ages – from mums & bubs, kinder to teens, to our Plus members!

That’s the great thing about yoga – it’s an awesome fitness activity for every stage of life! Our yoga classes include a combination of breathing exercises, meditation and poses that stretch and flex the various muscle groups. Classes differ between each age group, and may involve games, mandala creation, stretching and guided meditation.

Each yoga class provides a fun, engaging way for kids of all ages to disconnect from technology and focus instead on developing a healthy mind and body.
